Day 1: Florence
 On arrival in Florence by air, train or car you will be transferred to your hotel. The balance of the day will be at leisure.

Day 2: Florence Tour by Segwayy
 Your morning is at leisure to take in the beauty and atmosphere of the city. In the afternoon you will meet with your guide who will take you on a unique adventure through the city on a Segway, a sort of electric scooter. The guide will start by giving you a general overview of Florence.
You will also have the chance to get used to the Segway, which is easily mastered and soon becomes a fun and efficient way to visit the city. The tour is 3 and a half hours and with a guide you will visit the main sites of the city including the Duomo, Santa Croce, Arno/Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, Piazza della Republica the Uffizi and more.
That evening you will have dinner included at a typical Florentine restaurant.
Day 3: Hiking in the Chianti, Wine Spa, Chianti Wine Tasting
This morning, together with your driver/guide, you will leave to go to the Chianti area. You will meet with a nature guide who will escort you on a walk along the paths in the woods populated by typical plants and wildlife.
Your walk will take you through the most famous villages of the Chianti area ending in Radda. Here you will experience a truly unusual and wonderful spa - a wine spa. You will indulge in a therapy based on wine and grapes. This treatment has specific slimming, purification, anti-stress and anti-ageing effects.
After your rejuvenating treatment and a light lunch you will continue your day with a vineyard tour and wine tasting. You will be greeted at the winery by the oenologist who will take you on a tour through the vineyards.
After discovering the Chianti vineyard your cellar visit starts. You will learn how and where the wine is produced and conserved in various kinds of barrels. An interesting tour that offers you the chance to know more about this precious drink. After a small oenological lesson you can join the theory to the practice, by tasting the wines with a dinner of typical Tuscan dishes.
Continuing your trip you'll visit a Balsamic vinegar farm, where we can see the barrels and take a tasting. Return to Florence in the evening.
Day 4: Lucca by Bike, Truffle Factory and Cooking Lesson
 This morning your driver guide will meet you for another exciting day.
You will make your way first to the walled city of Lucca, where you will rent bikes. Bike riding is an ideal way to visit Lucca as the medieval centre is closed to all motor vehicles.
In this medieval town, artistic and historic monuments stand out, such as the Roman Amphitheatre, The Basilica of San Frediano, The Square and the Church of St. Michele, The Cathedral of St. Martino with the "Holy face" and the Tomb of "Ilaria del Carretto" engraved by "Jacopo della Quercia", the Guinigi Tower, Fillungo Road, and the Ducale Palace in Napoleon square, last evidences of the Principality of Lucca.
At the Guingi Tower you will have a marvellous view of the landscape that surrounds Lucca. As you continue your ride through the town you will notice a Wine and Olive shop where you will be able to stop and take in some of the local specialities. Of course you will not want to miss a visit to the oldest pastry shop in Lucca, where you can relax with a cappuccino and taste the specialty of the town the cantuccini biscuits. Your ride will continue to the the top of the fortified walls which surrounds Lucca. From the top of the walls you will see the town and also the surrounding areas.
In the afternoon you will continue your excursion to a truffle factory where you will be tempted with a tasting of the precious truffle products and some typical dishes for a light lunch. You will discover the small village of San Miniato, famous in Tuscany for its truffles. This evening you will meet with our Tuscan chef and together you will prepare a Tuscan meal. He will share with you his secrets that will wow your guests at your next dinner party!
