Hi Pegah

I thought I would send you a note about our trip...finally.
We had a wonderful time; one of the best experiences was the cooking class that you arranged for us. Claudio and his assistant Chef taught us how to make some delicious dishes; they had great patience with even my 6 year old. She had a great time making bread with them. My husband also enjoyed making gnocchi. The meal afterward was great; we only wish that our stomachs had more room.
Sabrina and all of her drivers were great, we enjoyed them all. In fact all of the drivers and private tour guides on all of the trips, etc. were all great, I wouldn't change any of it, they were all so friendly, helpful and informative about so many things, we should know as much about our heritage.
Spoleto was beautiful and the food there was incredible. We really enjoyed it there as we felt as though it was not really a big tourist spot, which was nice, although I understand that is where the Jazz festival is held each year, and it most likely is busy then. Positano was the highlight, the hotel, room and view were awesome!! It is beautiful there.. and Capri again the scenery was amazing, no picture would do it justice.
Thank you so much for all of your help putting our trip together. We are talking about doing another trip in 09, so I will be in touch!

Hi Eisee,

My wife and I would like to thank you for helping us plan this wonderful trip.
All went very well.  Hotel Tramontano was very nice, so was the River Palace. The staff were both kind and helpful.
You wanted for nothing ( except maybe a larger shower). The locations of both hotels were right in the heart of things. Your suggestion to stay in  Sorrento, instead of Positano, was right on the money.  For a five night stay, Sorrento offers so much more and the walking is on level ground. We thought that the Castle was a bit remote, but the food there was great and the countryside was beautiful.

All the guides and drivers were prompt, courteous and nice.  Everything went right on schedule.  They all went out of their way to make us feel at home and comfortable.  We did not have to call or confirm anything.
Giacomo said to say hello.  We had him for two days and I have to say that in twenty years of travel, he was our best driver.  The tours were very informative and exactly as your brochure describe them.

I  have already recommended Road to Travel Service to several people, and if they are smart, they will book a trip with you.

It was a fantastic 30th wedding anniversary and we thank you and Road to Italy for making it so wonderful.  I hope to talk to you soon.

If you need any references, please let us know.

Sincerely,

Joe and Mary Anne Guarino

Dear Flavia,

You must admit that for someone, who has been arranging other people’s holidays for 43 years, to turn to another travel professional to arrange his own holiday is unusual…! I am glad I did the unusual.
The first 3 days have been everything you promised they will be and more. Your choice of hotels is impeccable.
You knew exactly what hotels to book us in.
Dinner at La Caravella in the Saturnia Hotel in Venice on our first evening there was a culinary experience not to be missed. That experience was repeated last evening at the Grill Room at the Villa Medici in Florence.
Ghada and I will be in touch again before we leave Italy, but we wanted you to know we are enjoying every minute, thanks to Flavia and Road To Tuscany.
As a tourism professional, Hats Off to Road To Italy. You have managed to understand exactly what we were looking for, and delivered on every single count. The hotels were just what we were looking for, in terms of location, surroundings, atmosphere, service and food. I wish I could have made copies of the driver who escorted us in Florence and Tuscany, and ultimately drove us to Rome. He was everything I would want my drivers to be in Jordan.
He was courteous, full of information, and proud of what he did. He knew when to leave us alone, but was never far away. The dinner in Tuscany…! All I can tell you is that we could not finish to 7 course meal. Ghada and I know where to “click” the next time we plan to visit Italy, and we are going back again. We love you.

Dear Christina,

I just wanted to drop a line to tell you what a great time we had in Italy. The agenda that you put together was outstanding.
There was not one hitch in the schedule. From the time that we arrived in Rome until we left Venice everything went like clock work. All of our guides and drivers were very knowledgeable about the areas and very courteous. Our driver, Giacomo, who drove us to Pompeii and then to Tuscany, (we spent two days with him) became almost like one of the family. The night that we spent in Gaiole at the Castello di Spaltenna was like something out of a story book.
The rooms were large and the views were beyond description. The dinner in the courtyard by candlelight was not to be believed.
On the trip to Florence our driver Gianni was excellent. We had a great wine tasting and lunch in the Chianti region. He took us to a small village and introduced us to the gentleman that owned the vineyards and he invited us to his little shop for more wine tasting.
He made us feel that we were not tourists, but some local people enjoying the day. Thank you for everything that you did. We have already sent your contact information to some people who want to go to Italy. We told them that “Road to Italy” is the only way to go.
!Sincerely,
